The iconic 3rd generation Mazda RX-7 has always been a very sought after car. With it's beautiful body lines and fun 252 HP 13B rotary motor it is one of our most frequently requested cars. So how easy is it to find a nice FD3S RX-7 for sale? 

The first year of production for the 3rd gen RX-7 was in 1992 and Mazda stopped production in 2002. In 1992-1993 alone Mazda produced an estimated over 18,000 RX-7s for Japan roads. Even with such high production numbers within the first two years, it is getting quite hard to find clean early model FD3S still available for sale. As most of you know USA import legal JDM cars are a hot commodity so anything that is 25+ years old is getting hard to find.
